The best time for a Mount Fansipan hike is from late September to mid-December, with cool weather and minimal rainfall. There are many Fansipan hiking routes with varying difficulty levels, such as Tram Ton Pass, Sin Chai Village, and Cat Cat Village. For a smooth Mount Fansipan hike, in addition to good health, it is essential to equip yourself with items like a wide-brimmed hat, a thin jacket, protective gloves with high-grip padding, knee and ankle protectors, non-slip shoes, and a raincoat.

6:30 | We arrive at Tram Ton Pass – this is where the trek begins, passing through lush bamboo forests and ancient trees, where there are colorful flowers and streams. |
